Transparency Certification
The Customer Service Transparency Standard (CSTS) is the world’s first certification programme dedicated to enhancing the quality of customer care through transparency. For the first time, organizations who implement transparent processes, such as call recording sharing, can attain independent third party certification, and display the Certified Transparent mark.
Developed in partnership with global registrar AJA, the CSTS defines the minimum criteria for a private or government organization that wishes to display a commitment to trust in its customers. With independent third party auditing, the CSTS mark offers a clear indication to consumers that they are dealing with a service provider who is committed to the highest standards.
Simple Certification
Once an organization is in compliance with the minimum standards set out in the CSTS, getting certified is easy. Auditing is remotely conducted by AJA, and you will be provided with a support kit that includes a sample transparency policy and a guide to branding usage.

CSTS certification fees are based on the size of your contact center, and are available from just $1,700 per year.
